Uninstalling Choices will not automatically end the subscription. You must actively cancel the subscription using the process described here.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play:
You can unsubscribe or modify the subscription plan any time before the current subscription period expires.
1) Open Choices and select Settings.
2) Select "Cancel VIP"
3) Follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation with Google Play.

1) Launch the Google Play Store app and tap on your Google profile icon in the upper right corner
2) Select Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Choices
3) Select "Cancel" then "Yes" to confirm the cancellation
4) The Subscription status will change from "Subscribed" to "Canceled"
