Please file a ticket through the Help section under the Settings tab so we can look into this for you. In the Help section, select the Message icon in the upper right corner to send a message to our support team.

The following information will be most helpful as we investigate:
- The date and time this problem was first encountered
- A screenshot of the ad
- A screenshot of what appears when tapping on the "i" info icon when the ad is viewed (see example image below)
