To start the account deletion process, open the Choices Settings menu and tap on the "Delete Account Link" button. A member of our Support team will respond to confirm your saved game information and assist with processing the deletion.
Deleting a Choices save file will permanently remove all game data associated with your Linked ID and device(s). Game data includes book progress, Store purchases, and inventory. Once this action has been completed, it can not be undone.
Active VIP subscriptions on a deleted save file will need to be canceled through Apple or Google Play to ensure that renewals will cease. Uninstalling or deleting a Choices save file will not automatically end a subscription.
