Sometimes communication between our servers and our partners can hiccup. Most of the time, all you have to do is wait or reopen the game. If your purchase went through, your items will be awarded soon.
 
Other solutions to try:
 
1) If you are on mobile data, switch to WiFi for a few minutes.
2) Make sure your device clock is set to "automatic" and shows the current date + time.
 
To set your device time to Automatic:
- Go to your device Settings > General > Date & Time
- Make sure that "Set Automatically" is ON and that your Time Zone is correct.
