There are two ways to transfer your save file from one device to another:
Method 1 (Recommended)
Make sure to link your game to your Facebook, Google, or Apple account BEFORE deleting the game from your device. On your new device, install Choices and log in with the same account.
Method 2
Contact our support team in-game through the Settings > Help > Message icon with your name, e-mail address, and a description of the problem (Ex. I'm switching devices soon and need help moving my Guest game over!). This must be done from the first device BEFORE switching to the second or uninstalling. Our team will then review your game data and coordinate with you on how to proceed.
If neither conditions are met and our team is not able to locate a player's Guest game account, then the data will be considered 'lost'. Since In-app purchases are final and are attached to a specific game account, those purchases will not be refunded and can not be transferred to a new game if identity can not be verified.
