Axes and pickaxes are tools used to clear the normal trees, rocks, and stumps on your grove. Trees require axes, and rocks require pickaxes. Each obstacle has its own cost. Small rocks usually need one pickaxe, while big trees can need up to three axes. You can get tools from quests, events, offers, or from tool pickups that randomly spawn on cleared land tiles. Tools cannot be sold, so you never have to worry about losing them by accident.
